Service charge - The service charge is covering the costs for personal handling of your orders.

Privacy Policy – policy of companies unabling them to give customer information to anyone. This is their demonstration of their firm commitment to privacy.

Contact information – This is obtained from the order form that is used to deliver orders and order confirmations to customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with them when necessary.

Order tracking – orders are assigned with tracking numbers upon shipment to prevent losses, or other unnecessary incidents. If there is a delay in the delivery, you can contact the company and they can trace the product through its tracking number.

Service fee – a fee that a florist charges for the arrangement as well as other additional taxes

Order confirmation - order confirmation is sent through sn email confirming that they have received your order. This is coupled with your personal order reference number.
